This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and highly creative, sales minded digital marketing executive with a great interest to join a fast-growing E-commerce company, working with many own brands in their UK head office. You will be encouraged to grow your existing knowledge and be a specialist in their office, keeping ahead of the game when it comes to the latest tactics for digital marketing.

Within the position your main responsibilities will be to improve on existing and implement new ways of increasing their social media presence by managing, enhancing, optimizing and analysing their social media platforms via blog posts, email online marketing etc. Building upon and maintaining their database of customers in order to market in the most suitable media to them.

To fully implement their websites loyalty scheme to ensure repeat custom. Ideal candidates will be passionate about planning effective social media strategies. The engaging marketing activities will also ensure brand promotion on their third-party retail sites such as Amazon, Ebay, etc.

You will be liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth transition of workflow and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidates with knowledge of driving sales and rankings will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage their social accounts including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.
- Analyse and measure the impact of social media campaigns.
- Analyse both pre and post-sale data and deliver recommendations to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain existing social media dashboards and build new ones in order to monitor and analyse the campaigns performance.
- Develop and distribute a social media calendar to include key events, promotions and competitions.
- Create, launch and optimise social media competitions.
- Create, manage and optimise paid social ads.
- Email marketing and segmentation plan, including end-to-end co-ordination (planning, briefing, testing, sending, reporting).
- Create engaging email content and optimise email marketing campaigns in line with marketing calendar.
- Implement testing plans for content, subject lines and offers to improve the results, deliverability and relevancy of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse emails results: traffic, open rate, conversions, sales, etc.
- Build email competitions in collaboration with other teams.
- Strategy development based on competitive research, benchmarking, platform identification and audience insight.
