This company is looking for an enthusiastic team member to make up the second half of their small two-person marketing department. The department’s primary responsibility it is to develop, manage and maintain all company marketing collateral, campaigns and activities primarily on digital platforms.

Responsibilities will include:
- Management and development of company website content, working closely with their in-house graphic designer
- Development and management of the company's e-commerce channels
- Management of social media channels, campaigns and blogs
- Production and distribution of press releases, newsletters and editorial content
- Development and management of targeted email marketing campaigns
- Competitor research and reviews
- Management and allocation of incoming sales leads and enquiries

Required Skills:
- A solid understanding and demonstrable experience in SEO and on-page optimisation
- Detailed knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience and competence in PPC including Google Adwords, Google Display Network, Google Shopping and Facebook Advertising
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and / or Illustrator
- A strong understanding of WordPress as a CMS
- Good understanding of CRM software (we use Zoho CRM)
- High computer literacy, with ability to learn new systems fast
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail with strong copywriting and proof-reading skills
- Must be articulate with excellent communication and customer facing skills

Useful Additional Skills:
- Experience using MailChimp
- Experience and detailed knowledge of Shopify
- Experience in HTML & CSS coding
- Use of YouTube as a marketing medium
- Graphic design skills & / or qualifications

Good organisational skills are required within the role, along with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to manage your own workload.

You will ideally have a background in online and digital marketing and have a recognised marketing qualification (preferably degree level).

As part of a small dynamic team the role will be varied, at times requiring participation in other areas of the business, with involvement in aspects of their franchise training programs and providing franchisee support.

The business supports a growing mobile café franchise network as well as selling mobile coffee vans, coffee making equipment, roasted coffee and associated products. They are currently concentrating on the growth of their franchise network as well as building their presence in related markets.
