We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Digital marketing executive to join a small and local business.

Your Job Role
Your role as a Digital marketing executive will be split into 4 areas. Social Media, Blog Creation, Email Marketing, Banner Creation.

Social Media:
- Manage all social media platforms.
- Respond to social media followers' questions or comments.
-Design and create social media banners, cover picture etc.
- Create engaging content to share on social media.
- Find new ways to increase social media followers and engagement.
- Find fresh and new content for all channels.
- Set up and Run Ad's through social channels.

Blog:
- Research and find relevant topics to write about.
- Create engaging content for our blog,
- Share content through social channels.

Email marketing:
- Create banners/graphics for email campaigns.
- Design and put together 2 emails per week.
- Liaise internally with staff to find relevant topics to "Shout About"!
- Increase open rates, click through rates and conversion rates through email marketing channel.
- Analyse data and use this data to self-improve and to improve future campaigns.

Banner Creation:
- To create top quality banners using tools such as photoshop, illustrator or canva for all relevant sales channels.

Experience Preferred:
- Experience creating engaging content.
- Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and other platforms.
- Experience in graphic design
- Experience in email marketing using any tool
- Good attention to detail.
- Must be creative and have to ability to think of new ideas
- Must be able to work alone for long periods.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills.

Work Environment:
We are a small company of just 9 staff, we are friendly and honest. The working environment is also fairly relaxed and you are able to really focus on the job at hand without constant interruption.

Working hours & Benefits
- Salary £18,000 to £20,000 (Subject to experience)
- 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- No Weekends.
