This company comprises a group of successful and diverse companies operating in a range of business and consumer markets and employing more than 100 people in the UK, USA and Canada. They manage nine brands and 10 websites (with another four planned) from their HQ near Langtoft, Peterborough.

They’re seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to look after their company websites and strengthen their online presence. You’ll be managing the digital and technical aspects of their marketing; so you’ll need experience of CMSs (bespoke and WordPress), analytics, e-commerce, meta-data, social integration, email marketing and the various platforms and systems that support their websites’ performance.

They’re a small team with the ability to move fast and react to opportunities. A can-do, ‘happy-to-muck-in’ attitude is a must! They’re looking for enthusiasm, solid digital marketing experience, and an ability to take ownership and drive each of their brands forwards through a variety of digital activity. You’ll quickly get to grips with their businesses from a commercial standpoint and understand how your decisions impact their strategies.

Responsibilities
- Manage SEO activities across all websites
- Manage all social platforms; implement social advertising and remarketing
- Manage website technical performance, including taking corrective action
- Upload on-page content (including text, images and rich media) via each CMS
- Set up and manage email and survey campaigns
- Monitor Analytics, provide insight to help decision-making
- Manage and monitor PPC campaigns
- Help develop new websites, advising on structure and design
- Manage external host & domain companies, designers, developers & media agencies
- Manage your own projects (including research and competitor analysis)
- Attend trade exhibitions throughout the year

Skills:
- Experience of Content Management Systems and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Solid SEO knowledge: including PPC, back-links, meta-data, keywords and research
- Knowledge of SEO tools - such as SEMRush, SEOMoz, AHREF, Majestic SEO, Powersuite
- Experience of website build, management & maintenance; knowledge of eCommerce sites
- Experience working with Google AdWords, display ads and campaign management
- Experience of Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Trends and other monitoring tools
- Experience of social media, social listening and social marketing
- Experience of email campaign & online survey platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of Creative Cloud / Photoshop
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills & ability to propose new solutions
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
