Based in Cwmavon, Port Talbot

In 2009 this world renowned Nutritionist and Strength & Conditioning Coach began applying this experience and knowledge into developing a range of nutritional products; these deliver health and performance to athletes and members of the general public alike.

By using your design skills, you will help create a clean clinical image throughout both the company and PRC with fresh modern artwork. You will also help administer the e-commerce website keeping the company up-to-date with recent technological and software developments. In turn, help to increase online user experience. Finally, you will work across all digital channels including web content marketing, SEO, analytics, social media, manage email campaigns and more to increase site traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
You will be responsible for three key areas: Graphic Design, Web Administration and Online Marketing.

Graphic Design
- Designing and creating all artwork for print including flyers, catalogues, signage etc..
- Designing product packaging and labels.
- Designing and setting publications including books.
- Designing web optimised artwork for the website and online marketing campaigns.
Web Administration
- Maintaining an e-commerce website through a CMS, keeping up-to-date with recent technological and software developments.
- Manage the Blog using Wordpress.
- Improving user experience and increasing conversion of sales on the website.
- Trouble shooting for customers/clients purchasing goods and services online.
- Managing a live web-chat account including setting conversation rules to increase online sales.

Online Marketing
- Generate new ideas and techniques to increase the strong online presence.
- Drive social media on multiple channels and ensure best practise and brand guidelines are adopted throughout the business.
- Work across all digital channels including web content marketing, SEO, analytics, social media, manage email campaigns to increase site traffic and conversions.
- Creating fresh ideas to increase website traffic and conversions of sales while using Google Analytics to measure referral traffic and traffic source.
- Contribute to team discussions and support in campaign planning, delivery and measurement of success.
- Communicate with customers that have various levels of knowledge, over the telephone and in writing to increase our wholesale and affiliate account holders.

General
- Assisting with packing when/if there is a staff shortage.
- Help to train and develop another member of staff to assist when required.
- Attending and assisting at events, promoting products or the company
