Holidays: 20 days, plus bank holidays and additional holidays per annum

Hours: Monday – Thursday : 9.30am - 5.30pm with an early finish Friday: 9.30am – 3.00pm

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at an exciting multi channel online retailer with an in-house creative team in Manchester who are looking for a Digital Marketing/E commerce Executive capable of carrying out various online business projects and working within a strong digital team. The role is integral to the company's success and the successful candidate will have strong experience and knowledge in areas such as Online Marketing, Management of Information Systems and Design with good commercial awareness.

The role will be based in their modern Head Office in Swinton Manchester, they aim to encourage engagement and productivity within their staff by making their offices a vibrant space, natural light, empowering quotations and table tennis as part of their design.

Your role will involve:
- Overseeing and completing new e commerce projects
- Developing digital marketing plans
- Research - reviewing, reporting and assessing competitor activity & discovering new opportunities
- Communication - With Senior stakeholders in the business as well as liaising with external contacts
- Optimising listings to increase sales conversion and maximise revenue
- Continuously improving the performance of all retail channels
- Identify any problem areas and liaise with relevant departments

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
- Proven commercial and technical experience working for B2C or B2B websites, working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify, WordPress, Magento)
- Knowledge and understanding of disciplines including conversion optimisation, web analytics (ideally Google Analytics), user experience, online marketing, SEO & PPC and web project management
- Demonstrable experience in website content strategy and site optimisation.
- Knowledge of A/B & MVT testing and content personalisation
- Knowledge and experience in working with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
- Stakeholder management experience
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
- An ability to deliver to time, budget & quality expectations, across simultaneous, multiple initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A highly flexible, positive and resilient individual with the ability to be innovative and collaborate
- A self-starter
