This rapidly-growing digital marketing agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant (SEO) with a passion for exceptional client service and all things digital to join their expanding team.

Within this role, you'll be managing the SEO strategy across a variety of clients and industries, as well as implementing the right mix of technical site optimisation for the client's objectives, creating, promoting and making exceptional content accessible to search engines, and optimising the user experience on the site.

What's involved in the job?
- Developing & implementing quality SEO strategies.
- Developing content marketing strategies and leading innovation on content planning.
- Ensuring high rankings at all times for your client websites through natural organic search for all search engines.
- Undertaking technical SEO implementation, and auditing your client's site.
- Managing SEO migrations in conjunction with our web development partners.
- Consulting with clients to understand their business and translate that into a SEO strategy that will achieve their objectives.
- Undertaking competitor and industry analysis to develop strategies
- Updating your clients and internal teams proactively on conversions, traffic and other key web/client metrics
- Produce search and digital marketing reports providing key metrics to the client using Analytics tools.
- Analyse and provide insight into search performance to provide recommendations to your clients
- Developing outreach strategies with authorities and publishers within key industries via face to face networking, social and email outreach and other creative initiatives.

What are they looking for in an applicant?
- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, or university graduate in the marketing area
- A theoretical background and understanding of marketing and consumer behavior principles
- A 'can-do' attitude that can be applied to your clients' work, the team around you and the business as a whole
- A customer-centric focus and a willingness constantly exceed client expectations
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work well within a team environment
- A digital marketing tragic - passion goes a long way at the company
- Confidence to take ownership of your role and client accounts
- A demonstrated understanding of how modern SEOers get results for their clients
- Ability to think creatively and logically to develop content and marketing solutions that meet the clients' needs
- Organised and detail orientated enough to manage projects with many moving parts
- Analytically inclined with a knack for understanding data and how to apply it for problem-solving
- A basic understanding of web development and technical website management is a plus, but not required
- A mathematical mind and excel skills will also be looked upon favorably
