This rapidly-growing digital marketing agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant (PPC) with a passion for exceptional client service and all things digital to join their expanding team.

Within this role, you'll be managing the PPC strategy across a variety of clients and industries, as well as planning and implementing the right mix of PPC solutions across channels including AdWords, GDN, Remarketing, programmatic campaigns along with all major social media platforms in accordance with your client's objectives.

What's involved in the job?
- Developing and implementing quality Pay Per Click (PPC) and online display advertising campaigns for some of our leading clients
- Developing PPC and digital marketing strategies that incorporate cross-platform delivery, clever marketing tactics and creative thinking
- Continual optimisation of high performing PPC and display campaigns across Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, Google Display Network and more
- Consulting with clients to understand their business and translate that into a PPC strategy that will achieve their objectives.
- Providing input on new PPC and digital marketing product and service strategies
- Reporting on conversions, traffic and other key web/client metrics
- Living and breathing PPC, display and digital marketing.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to external clients and internal team mates. This means meeting deadlines, being proactive and keeping flexible in your delivery.
- Additional responsibilities as the organisation continues to scale.

What are they looking for in an applicant?
- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, or university graduate in the marketing area
- A theorectical background and understanding of marketing and consumer behaviour principles
- A 'can-do' attitude that can be applied to your clients' work, the team around you and the business as a whole
- A customer centric focus and a willingness constantly exceed client expectations
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work well within a team environment
- A digital marketing tragic - passion goes a long way at the company
- Confidence to take ownership of your role and client accounts
- A demonstrated understanding of how modern digital marketers get results for their clients
- Experience with AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing, Facebook Ads,
- Strong analytical skills and business understanding
- A mathematical mind and excel skills will also be looked upon favorably
- A good understanding of project management and reporting.
