They are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to help develop their company websites and strengthen their online presence. You’ll be coordinating the digital and technical aspects of their marketing; living online - inside their websites, and within the data, digital systems and platforms that support their performance. This should be an environment you’re happy to inhabit!

They are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in digital marketing and an ability to demonstrate knowledge. You’ll have a minimum of 2 ‘A’ Levels, or an appropriate, equivalent Level 2 (or higher) qualification. Alternatively, you’ll have a minimum of one years’ experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and co-ordinate SEO activities & site technical performance as directed across 12 websites, including making changes and additions to meta-data.
- Upload on-page content via each CMS.
- Dispatch content via online email or survey apps.
- Monitor and export Analytics reports as directed, maintaining spam-free data.
- Co-ordinate PPC campaigns and make changes and improvements as directed.
- Support the Content Marketing Executive to implement and integrate content marketing strategies and other marketing activity.
- Assist in the creation and development of new websites.
- Work with developers, designers and other agencies to develop new pages and new sections of existing websites.
- Manage a variety of your own projects (including research and competitor analysis) as designated by the Content Marketing Executive.

Skills:

- An ability to quickly take control and ownership of regular digital activities and processes.
- An understanding of or interest in Content Management Systems (CMS) and the talent to pick up new systems quickly.
- Good understanding of social media, posting platforms and marketing opportunities.
- An understanding of or interest in website build, development, management and maintenance.
- An appreciation of SEO; including PPC, back-linking, meta-data, keywords and SEO tools.
- Understanding of Google AdWords, Analytics & Search Console.
- Knowledge of email campaign, and online survey platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and motion graphics an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the overall digital media landscape, genuine interest in digital trends and maintaining up-to-date knowledge.
- Confidence to propose and implement new solutions where they benefit the performance of their websites.
