This full service digital agency is looking for an excellent Digital Marketing Account Manager. This role is for an experienced marketing exec who can pick up and run with a range of exciting client accounts spanning Luxury, B2B and consumer brands.

You will also be required to carry out the research, design and delivery of Marketing Campaigns (Content Marketing, Paid Media and SEO), perform technical research and carry out pieces of ad-hoc client training.

The role has ample opportunity for growth, they are looking for someone who relishes a challenge and would like to help grow both their accounts and the team within their content marketing department. As a key partner to the Managing Director you will help shape the department, up-skill junior members of the team as well as providing strategic recommendations.

You will have a proven track record of planning and executing content marketing campaign strategies that weave multiple channels together and deliver engaging, inspiring and result-focussed outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate:
They are looking for a strategic, results driven individual who has a good balance of creative thinking and the ability to quantify results and research from data. You will be proactive, a professional team player who has had agency experience and has worked client facing in previous roles.

They expect to see solid portfolio of past work and demonstrable results from campaigns you have managed. You will have a good knowledge of the channels and specific skills required to implement marketing campaigns but may not be a specialist and will have more focus on strategy, delivery, and creative commercial thinking.

They develop deep relations with their clients and maintaining them is essential. As such you will have extensive experience dealing directly with clients and a proven ability to manage budgets and pricing, as well as contracts.

Technical/Skills:
- Strong knowledge of marketing frameworks and methodologies
- Strategic focus with excellent data skills
- Manage the daily support, administration and maintenance of a portfolio of Client accounts, including reporting, meetings, account budgets and scope.
- Plan, manage and implement content marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing campaign strategies and channels such as SEO, Email marketing, social media and inbound marketing.
- Maintain and manage project management systems (Basecamp, Harvest, Team Gantt and Github) to ensure accounts are running within budget and on time. Track, measure and review progress, including planning and communicating changes.
- Detail focussed and able to draft proposals. Service Level agreements and contracts (from template) as required.
- Liaise with developers, designers and third party suppliers on a regular basis to ensure tasks are completed to the required standard.
- Communicate effectively within the team/clients with the ability explain technical details in an accessible way.
