They also deliver a range of expert services directly to Government, councils and private sector employers.

They are looking for two inspirational people to lead the development & delivery of new projects across their Digital Inclusion & Social Inclusion programmes.

In these roles you will:

- Lead the development of exciting new partnerships and projects with organisations that share their values and want to work with them to address digital & social inclusion
- Generate substantial new income streams from Government, the private sector and grant-making bodies, that allow them to deliver their strategy and mission
- Continue to build their profile and reputation with Government, large funders and key influencers across the public, private and third sectors, through events, public speaking and social media
- Lead the delivery of projects across digital or social inclusion, working with teams across the organisation responsible for network management, digital products, training, marketing and research: delighting their partners and changing the lives of the people they help
- Work with their Design and Innovation team to draw on the latest insight in how people use and live with digital technology

You will be:

- A dynamic leader of people and projects, using your energy, drive and resilience to deliver the best for partners and beneficiaries
- A brilliant people person, able to forge strong and lasting relationships with partners based on trust and ‘always delivering what they say they will’
- An innovator, applying your experience, skills and knowledge to devise and implement solutions to social problems

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Project delivery & budget management
- Partnership development
- Bid or proposal writing

These roles require a significant amount of travel.
