As a company, they like to train and develop hard working individuals, so they can thrive in this vibrant online marketing company specialising in marketing UK entertainment websites.

Based in Milton Keynes just five minutes’ walk from the train station.

You will have a genuine passion for graphic design. You will be looking for a position where you can bring your previous experience and be looking to further develop your skills.

What the role will entail:
- Working with senior staff members to bring their brand to life in a visually engaging and original way to help them achieve their commercial goals.
- Developing design concepts through to finished designs, to a brief and on schedule, to ensure relevant departments have outstanding visual assets, typically for:
o Website assets.
o Promotional materials.
o Logo development.
o Digital advertising campaigns including gif and animation creation.
o Image retouching to be completed to brand standards.
o Plan and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
o General art working and administrative duties, including managing the team Google Drive and additional backup systems.
- Keeping in touch with design trends for digital media; and undertaking and identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Working alongside our current Graphic Designers, creatively directing and supporting them in their role.

Candidate requirements:
- A design degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Suite CC
- After Effects, XD & HTML (Dreamweaver) knowledge.
- Commercially focused.
- Creative, original and visually literate.
- A great listener and communicator, able to interpret their vision for the brand.
- Enthusiastic with a can-do, up-for-the-challenge attitude.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure and able to deliver projects to tight deadlines.
- A team player who’s able to see the bigger picture.
- Candidates will be required to submit a portfolio that demonstrates originality and an ability to offer different styles depending on the brief.
