This company is looking for a creative/lateral thinker, with a passion for digital/marketing/customer services, with an eye for detail and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Capable of delivering excellent results both individually and as a member of a multi-lingual team!

Due to the nature of the business, the position may require oversees travel on occasion.

Content Management:
- Assist all dealers in getting the most out of their websites, assisting with the optimisation of content and the creation of marketing materials
- Take in-bound calls and emails from customers, logging all records accurately and efficiently in the customer database
- Provide translation of website, marketing and ongoing communications material into Finnish / Swiss
- Proactively audit the usage and performance of the Finland / Swiss dealer websites
- Proactively advised dealers on all aspects of web management, website content/marketing and optimisation
- Work with the technical, search and marketing teams to deliver one-to-one strategies and training to Finnish / Swiss customers
- Accurately and effectively report on the performance of the account – both internally and externally

Qualifications, Key Skills & Experience

Essential:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English at business level and speak German to a native level

- Passionate about customer service excellence
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing environment, with priorities reviewed daily
- Proactive problem solving skills with great attention to detail
- A quick learner able to rapidly adopt new techniques and technologies
- Presentable, trustworthy and confident

- Degree educated or similar qualification
- Advanced Excel
- Advanced Word
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Advantageous
- Experience of website development and infrastructure
- Experience of digital marketing, SEO and web analytics
- Knowledge of the automotive industry.

Reporting:
The role of Digital Content Manager will report primarily to the Market Manager/Head of Operations. Specific assignment may report directly to either the CEO or other Director’s; agreed within the scope of the assignment.

Personal KPIs:
You will be set monthly KPIs that will need to be achieve across the agreed areas. These will be discussed and set between you and your line-manager, and then reviewed regularly.
