This digital agency based in Burnley are a growing team of 18 in their 17th year of successful trading.

They deliver their work - websites, search, content, email and engagement campaigns - to clients all over the UK.
They span multiple sectors, private, public and third - with clients ranging from ambitious SMEs to global enterprises.
They work with a mixture of retained and project-based accounts.

They are looking for an astute, digitally-savvy and ambitious Account Manager, who will help us to build client relationships, deliver projects and contracts, and co-ordinate production resource to keep everything running smoothly.

You will have experience in a related marketing role, either at Account Manager or executive role - with a key focus on digital - specifically websites, SEO, PPC, email, content and social media.
You might not be an expert at all of these channels, but you'll understand how they fit together.

You’ll be working amongst their busy account team, servicing a range of clients, across their various digital services.
You’ll work with Account Directors, and their marketing teams to help to capture requirements, develop briefs, and see delivery through to client and agency satisfaction.

You will thrive on positive communication, and you will want to be the busiest person in the whole business!
You don’t hide behind email - preferring to get on the phone, and solve issues first time, as they arise.

Practically, you’ll be at home creating and explaining performance reports across the whole digital mix, creating presentations, and contributing to presentations with Account Directors.
You will have the full everyday productivity software portfolio (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and you can find your way around typical contemporary CMS platforms.

Bonus skills include familiarity with marketing automation platforms, e-commerce projects, systems integration and software development.
