Digital Account Manager

This Northampton based digital agency is on the hunt for a Digital Account Manager with a focus on web design and digital marketing. Here, innovation is celebrated and enthusiasm is genuine (did you know Mondays really are good days?).

Apart from outstanding coffee, being close to a great pub and superb offices they can offer you a great account management opportunity to work across a client base of 200+ companies (legacy and current)

A Day in the Life:
- Working with clients: discovering needs, recommending innovation, gathering briefs.
- Working with legacy clients forming new relationships with post and stakeholders.
- Working with their business development and project managers.
- Identifying service gaps and the creation of the proposal proposition and deliverables
- Presenting solutions through estimates, proposals, client meetings and networking events.
- Working with colleagues: seamlessly transferring and co-ordinating account requirements.
- Assist, plan and create/write content for company assets including blog, collateral and events.

Your Checklist:
- You've got the t-shirt - you know all about Responsive, CMS, SEO, SEM, PPC, CRO, SMM.
- You understand current web design concepts (even if you are not a webby developer yourself).
- You understand how digital marketing campaigns are managed and executed.
- You spot gaps. Then you enjoy positioning marketing and technical solutions to fulfil needs.
- You're a team player. All that good stuff: disciplined, reliable and accountable.
- You love being rewarded for your hard work and super skills.
- You'll want to keep learning and growing, and will work to stay on top of emerging marketing and tech trends.
- Pro at multitasking and effective time-management of multiple accounts.

The Skill Set:
- 3 years account management commercial experience.
- Competency with CRM systems.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Graduate education preferred.
- Own transport with full drivers licence.
