Dialler Specialist
37.5 hrs per week – Monday - Friday
£20,000 - £25,000 DOE

Job Role -
Managing dialler and data for multi-site call centre. Glasgow based with some travel to other sites when required (expenses paid).
Responsibilities -
- Management of the predictive dialler
- Lead data management
- Supporting agents with day to day issues
- Assisting management with reporting needs
- Interacting with 3rd party support teams to escalate and track issues
Full training on the specific telephone system will be given but knowledge of IVR, ACD, predictive dialler and campaign management concepts will be required.
