This is an opportunity to join a successful and expanding digital healthcare company; developing innovative marketing solutions for large and medium sized Pharmaceutical companies. Since relocating to Green Park, Reading, 3 years ago, they have seen positive financial growth and increased personnel which has led to the need for a Developer/Business Analyst.

They build iPad presentations for sales representatives to assist with informing and educating physicians about the benefits of critical new medicines. They build digital resources which help doctors explain conditions and diagnoses to patients, they also build apps which help patients manage their health problems and adhere to their medication.

They are looking for a driven hands-on Developer/Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will enjoy working on business requirements, analysing and presenting possible approaches, and then implementing them into various projects. You will be a self-starter and problem solver with a history of technical development and implementation. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with technical, business staff and clients with equal ease.


Responsibilities

- Customer liaison for new content and features for client's CMS platforms
- Analyse business requirements, research and present possible solutions
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Develop new user-facing, reusable features
- Ensure quality standards for all client implementation
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Support and manage company accreditation on Veeva and IMS Health platforms.


Skills and Qualifications

- Experience of SDL Web 8 (formerly SDL Tridion)
- Knowledge and experience of the full development life cycle
- Experience of business analysis and user requirement capture and translation
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Good understanding JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- An understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
