This is an opportunity to join, at a senior level, a respected Bespoke Furniture and Joinery Company which designs, manufactures and installs interiors for the high-end residential, commercial and retail market. They work with clients who demand the highest quality and specification and the closely knit team are all experts in each of their various fields, passionate about their work. They are based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The company currently employs 18 people full time and has a turnover of over £2 million per year with impressive growth rates.
They are currently looking for an additional Designer - Project Manager. Project managers are in charge of running all projects within the company and responsible for their teams’ performance and output from initial client contact to project completion.
Person / Experience Required:
- Have a well-established design & project management background within the cabinet making / joinery / interior design industry with an emphasis on commercial target customers.
- Be capable of effectively manage members of an internal project team, both design & production
- Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of financials of projects between £50k and £500k
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of AutoCAD and can produce, read & amend drawings for commercial client presentation and sign-off as well as workshop drawings for manufacture.
- Understand basic revenue models and P/L meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements
- Identify resources and assign responsibilities

Salary: Around £35k to £45k – Negotiable, plus other benefits including contributory pension scheme.
