This is an opportunity to join a global marketing, media and talent management Company, representing thousands of sporting talent around the world, supporting their career, business and brand opportunities on a global scale. Their Global Football division is one of the most influential and highly regarded talent agencies in Europe, working with the very best in the industry.

They are looking for a young designer to provide design support for their Global Football Division. The successful candidate will have experience working within a brief developing both digital and printed media.

The candidate will be expected to work with their internal football team on tasks from creating presentations and case studies to developing high end digital content for some of the most successful footballing talent in the world.

A successful candidate will have 2.1+ degree in Graphic Design or similar. They will have experience in the core Adobe graphic design programmes (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign); bonus if the candidate has some experience in Adobes video software’s such as Premiere Pro and After Effects. All candidates are expected to provide a CV & recent portfolio of work upon application.

The role offers significant scope to learn, develop and innovate to become part of a leading team in the sector.

This internship is designed to transition into a full-time role.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Graphic design and editorial support to Global Football Division
- Providing content support to their clients for social media & digital support
- Preparing and delivering marketing presentations as directed
- Develop and implement digital content strategy for clients as directed
- Creating imagery, video content and digital assets as directed for both company channels and their clients
- Assist with general corporate and client initiatives as and when required
- Adhere to design/creative best practices
- Provide general support where necessary to senior level staff in the PR & Athlete Marketing department

The above forms the main areas of responsibility for this role, but it is not exhaustive and it should be noted that duties may change over time, so the need for flexibility is key and the job-holder will be expected to co-operate with reasonable changes as required.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- BA in Graphic design or closest equivalent
- Creative thinker, inquisitive, bold and able to push the boundaries
- Proficient in industry standard software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience in video editing (knowledge of Premier Pro and After Effects)
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent time managements skills
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident at articulating your design process to help ‘non-designers’ understand
- A love and passion for Football
