Key Attributes
The Ideal Candidate
- At Least 1 Years experience as a Manager, Supervisor Hospitality/Retail/Leisure Sector would be ideal Although not necessary an equally motivated & enthusiastic candidate looking for a step up in career will be suitable.
- Ability to run the restaurant with a pro-active and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service experience
- Computer Skills
- Passion for Training & Development of your team with strong Leadership skills
- Most of all an outgoing, approachable and positive personality!
Role Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the General Manager and team to co-ordinate and manage busy shifts
- Show initiative, drive and passion, thinking on your feet to drive business success
- Be the face of the business to your customers, going above and beyond their expectations to create a memorable experience
- Be a strong leader to your team, coaching staff and encouraging their development and providing support
- Dealing with BnB bookings & enquires.
- Use of a front desk hotelier system
- Handling all enquires via telephone & email.
- Marketing & Social media
