This company is the UK’s largest used motorcycle dealership and due to the continued success and growth of the business, they are now looking for a Delivery / Collections Driver to join their expanding team in Slough.

As part of their expanding team of professional drivers, you will be the face of the company to their customers. The role is critical to the smooth running of the business, so you will always be professional, providing a first-class service every-time which includes driving the vehicles in a safe and lawful manner.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
- Visiting various locations across the UK.
- Delivering bikes to customers who recently purchased from them.
- Collecting bikes from customers who want to sell their motorcycle.
- Carrying out a brief appraisal on the mechanical and cosmetic condition of the bikes to be collected.
- Using your motorcycle knowledge and mechanical expertise, report and document any mechanical problems, cosmetic damage etc...
- Ensure all the necessary paperwork is completed.
- Arranging payment to the customer via our payments team.
- Manoeuvring the bikes onto the ramp and into the van and securing safely into position.
- Returning to the Macclesfield depot.
- Occasional overnight stays may be required
Working Week:
Monday – Friday plus every alternate Saturday.

Professional Skills & Qualifications
- Full Motorcycle Licence
- Full manual UK Driving Licence with no serious driving convictions.
- Demonstrate your motorcycle knowledge and know the makes and models of a variety of motorcycles and their makeup.
- Come from a mechanical background and be able to recognise oil leaks, head gasket failure, problematic engine noises, mechanical issues, crash damage etc...
- 2 years driving experience.
- Experience of driving a long wheel-based van.
- As a driver you are required to be flexible with the shift patterns.
- Comfortable manoeuvring heavy bikes on and off ramps to the vans.
