This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, agile and innovative employee screening company based in Surrey. They have a great office atmosphere and strive to provide excellent service to their clients.

Duties:
- High volume of telephone calls and email queires. Looking up responses in various spreadsheets and systems (up to five different systems are continually in use, for which training will be given).
- Initiate and process DBS check
- Undertake ID verification
- Adhere to vetting processes and procedures
- Ensure internal Service Level Agreements are adhered to
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Ensure all customer engagement is highly professional both in written and verbal communications
- Identify opportunities to improve processes in order to reduce cost or improve service delivery
- Effective IT management
- Strict adherence to policies governing security of information
- Support other colleagues in response to changing priorities across the team

Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communications
- IT skills are essential, must have prior experience in MS Office applications
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise and manage time
- Adaptable and flexible
- Prior experience of working in an office
- An engaging and proactive ‘can do’ attitude where successes and failures are shared
