Day Service/Community Outreach Support Worker

Based around Staple Hill, Bristol & Community Support.
This company are a leading and growing provider of services for individuals with both mental health issues and profound and multiple learning difficulties, offering a Day Service provision out of their premises in Staple Hill and in their homes.
They are looking for experienced individuals to join their successful and expanding team to support their service users on a daily basis to meet their individual needs and to support them to reach their individual outcomes.
You need to be able to lone work, and also work as part of a well-established and dynamic team. In return they will provide training, supervision and ongoing support.
They would require you to have experience of working in this area and have a good understanding of the level of service expected; experience of completing risk assessments and support plans is desirable. As would knowledge of the local area and a full UK driving licence.
Currently they are seeking Support Workers with experience of:
- Supported Living
- Health and Social care
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties
- Autism
- Complex needs
- Epilepsy
- Manual handling and working with service users with challenging behaviour. Other care work will be considered.
