Duties will include:
- Importing and checking large data
- Inputting ad hoc data from Excel spreadsheets and other sources
- Updating contact and mailing preference data entries
- Running semi-automated data handling processes
- Ensuring integrity of data is maintained
- Carrying out data cleansing
- Assistance with training of internal users of the database
- Providing help-desk support for internal users of the database
- Providing reports and queries as required
- Maintaining mailing lists and assisting with mailing schedules
Essential attributes:
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with data
- High level of IT literacy with proficiency with Excel
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Knowledge and understanding of database design principles
- Confident communicator
- Good team player
