Responsibilities:
- GDPR project, mapping data flows and working through the 12 steps guidance from ICO in readiness for GDPR
- Privacy policy and other internal policy writing
- Privacy training for staff
- Reviewing contracts and consent forms to ensure compliance and make changes as necessary
- Reviewing processes and procedures to ensure compliance by design internally and in the software
- Assist with cyber essentials certification
- Assist in establishing in-house function to maintain work once contract is complete
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience of working in a Data Protection function/department.
- In-depth understanding or DPA, GDPR
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- BCS certified to Practitioner level or equivalent.
Term contract: 3 months, full time
