A well established and respected Central London Commercial and Residential Property Agency requires a Data Entry Administrator to join their ever-expanding business.
The role will involve working within the Commercial Agency Team being responsible for:
- Data Cleansing/Inputting
- Organising and distributing mail shots from contact lists
- Sending out emails and marketing literature to registered applicants
- Generate weekly & monthly Reports
- Working in conjunction with the Telesales Support Team.
You should have the following skills:
- Excellent computer skills, inclusing proficiency in Excel
- Capable of updating data onto our in-house CRM (training to be given)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Collaborative working style
- Ability to prioritise work and have good time management
- Become an integral part of the team.
Salary £27,000pa, Pension Scheme and 25 days’ holiday per annum.
