This company is a well known and established business, trading for over 120 years.

Sales Order Data, entering orders on to the system in a timely and efficient manner. Working in close harmony with the Customer Service Centre personnel and providing additional admin support with a range of duties and responsibilities.

Taking Sales and Customer Service calls.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

To process all Sales Orders effectively and efficiently, including all order handling and updating of the Exact customer records, ensuring an excellent level of accuracy and speed is administered

Data Entry on Sales Orders

- Ensure all Sales Order data and information is accurately recorded.
- Maintain the agreed level of Customer Service at all times
- Capture and record customer personal information in line with the company policies and procedures, including email addresses where possible.
- Report factual and accurate information on Sales Order Processing issues to Senior Management

Miscellaneous responsibilities:

- Quality of service - Customer service Excellence
- Other ad hoc duties as required including call handling
- Compliance with the Company’s Health and Safety policy including reporting all risks / issues to direct line Supervisor/Manager
- Maintain good internal relations to ensure consistently high levels of communication
- Present a positive image of the company to people outside
