This company is a well established company with offices in Glasgow and Manchester specialising in the installation of Structured Cabling, Audio Visual Systems, Wireless Networks, IPTV and associated services to a wide range clients in the corporate, public and education markets UK wide.
Due to the companies continued growth they require Data Cabling Engineers at all levels and skill sets for contracts in Edinburgh & Fife Areas.
Capabilities / Skills
- Previous experience in Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6A cabling installations
- Used to working unsupervised
- Completing works to a high standard
- Capable of using a Fluke DTX for testing and fault finding
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team and follow detailed instructions
- Flexible and able to work outwith normal hours
- Fibre Termination
Qualifications
- CSCS Card
- Cabling Manufacturers training Certificates
- IPAF/PASMA License (desirable but not essential)
- MOD SC Clearance (desirable but not essential)
Further Details
- Working hours 8AM to 4:30PM (1:30PM Friday)
- Overtime available
- Van could possibly be available/provided
- Driving Licence (desirable but not essential)
