This is an opportunity to join an award winning digital marketing company providing tactical and innovative solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. They are looking for Data Analyst to join their team at their head office in Twyford.

As a Data Analyst you will be part of their Data & Insight team, specifically responsible for the reporting, insight and business intelligence delivered to their strategic clients. This position will be required to interpret results and trends from data collected by their digital media projects and present findings in meaningful and impactful reports, ensuring all client requests are met.

Working in conjunction with clients, this position will be integral to the account and project management provided to clients. As such the role will be client facing so the right candidate will need to have experience and confidence of this. In dealing with clients, the approach needs to be consultative, presenting intelligence to them and integrating any relevant market and industry data into the findings.

Key Responsibilities in the role will include but will not be limited to;
- Responsible for delivering reporting, insights and business intelligence solutions to a range of pharmaceutical companies in support of their campaigns for different products
- Actively participated in client meetings, understanding their goals and data requirements for the product campaigns
- Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where data testing is required for the delivery of their digital products
- Interact with a range of platforms including Google Analytics, Salesforce and Veeva to extract databases
- Analyse and validate the clients’ data with Power BI to create bespoke solutions for each company's brand and their respective products in the form of dashboards and reports
- Analyse and propose adjustments to improve the performance of their products
- Research and understand brands in the industry to demonstrate awareness
- As part of the client account team, communicate and meet with clients to deliver and present reports

This role is suited to an individual with an analytic mind-set and excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn on the job is essential. The role will also be required to take responsibility for a client’s reporting requirements along with taking the initiative to meet and exceed expectations, as well as looking for continual improvement in deliverables.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following key skills:
- Demonstrable analytical experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office user, in particular Excel , PowerPoint and Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and creative mind-set
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
