This company is innovating to reduce the use of scarce resources within the world’s largest industry – food. They have proven that they can significantly reduce the use of water, power, labour and chemicals in food processing and production. Their products mean that food can be safer and fresher, creating opportunities to reduce food waste and improve process efficiency. They are seeking a data administrator to support the processes and procedures which will help us to build a better world and help realise our vision.

Candidate Profile
This new role is full-time to support the planning and implementation of changes to the Company’s processes and procedures, improving their effectiveness and efficiency as the company grows. Process documentation is controlled and published to staff using their intranet platform. Knowledge of HTML and CSS will be required to build forms and templates that can be implemented to improve the process workflows. The candidate should have an interest and a good general knowledge of IT to help users with ad-hoc IT troubleshooting support. There is an opportunity to gain knowledge of their IT infrastructure, assisting with server, telephony and network administration. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company based North of Oxford in modern new facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with all departments to ensure their intranet content is kept accurate and up to date
- Attaining knowledge of company processes and procedures to suggest methods of improving their effectiveness and efficiency using our IT platforms
- Uploading and publishing updated documentation to the intranet
- Proof reading documentation content, and ensuring formatting fits company branding
- Help users with IT troubleshooting

Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Experience using Atlassian platforms; Confluence and JIRA
- Experience working in a regulated environment preferable - knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO27001
