This specialist travel company provides trips for groups all over the world.

Job Summary:

Introduce the portfolio to potential customers by phone and email. Sourcing new schools and contacts and obtaining quote requests for trips that they don’t currently operate. You will also be required to assist in the sales process by filtering inbound website enquiries and live chat as well contacting existing key accounts with the objective to cross sell.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Identify prospective new customers for the Equity product
- Cold call, telemarketing and lead generation
- Generate warm leads from cold calling and marketing activity data.
- Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge
- Attend product and skills training and utilise this training to enhance appointment setting and obtaining quote requests

Person Specification:

- Interest and passion for Education/ Travel
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proven success in a sales driven environment
- Target driven
- Resilient and self-motivated
- Adaptable communication skills and developed sales skills such as persuasion, influencing, consultative, organisation and prioritisation
- Good working understanding of office IT products including MS word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Powerpoint.

This role is fixed term for 9 months.
