An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing Financial Services Company based in Reigate, Surrey, following the recent acquisition by one of the global leaders in the debt purchase industry.

What does the role involve?

- This role is at the forefront of our business, operating via telephone to contact their customers
- This role is heavily customer focussed and you will be required to establish positive engagement with our customers, build rapport and demonstrate fair treatment
- You will conduct affordability assessments in order to fully understand each customer's financial situation and, where appropriate, set up reasonable repayment plans. Their customers are encouraged to pay only what they can afford
- You will explain the benefits of reaching their "debt free day", providing clear time-scales and information in line with their repayment plans
- You will provide guidance to customers on the availability of free money advice, such as the Citizen's Advice Bureau
- You will maintain system notes, ensuring records of calls are complete, accurate, professional and a true reflection of the conversation

Who are they looking for?

They are looking for someone who is looking for a challenge and has a passion for customer service.

Any customer service, administration or telephone experience is essential.

This role requires great listening skills, empathy and telephone manner.

They also require a minimum of Grade C or above at GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English.

The starting salary is £18,000 per annum, with the opportunity to earn up to 15% monthly bonus, based on call quality and delivery of positive customer experience.

The working patterns available are:
10:30 – 19:00 Monday to Friday
OR
11:30 – 20:00 Monday to Friday
