You’ll be their customer facing ‘voice’ and crucial in providing an excellent customer experience that makes them different from the rest.

As part of a supportive team committed to building strong customer relationships, you’ll provide policy administration, sales and customer support for their market-leading pet insurance products. You’ll also convert leads, help customers with applications and queries, produce high quality documentation, maintain records on our databases, and help ensure they meet their service standards and FCA compliance requirements. Regular training will be provided to help develop you.

To be successful in this role:

You’ll be motivated by giving customers the best possible experience and keen to change insurance for the better.
You'll have confident and professional telephone skills, excellent written and verbal communications in English, and empathic listening skills.

You’ll be well-organised with an eye for detail and accuracy, comfortable making decisions and happy working on your own as well as with colleagues.
It's key that you are naturally proactive, flexible and positive, and you like to take initiative and ownership.

What you bring

Experience in a customer-facing role, providing a diverse range of telephone, email and online support and administration in a small flexible team is desirable.
Education to A level standard (or equivalent) and GCSE (A to C) in English and Maths is essential.
Insurance experience is a definite advantage.

The standard working week is 37.5 hours from 0900 to 1730 from Monday to Friday. Hours of operation may be extended in the future, which could involve early / late shift working. This will be explained in more detail at interview.
