Main responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive high quality customer support and maximise the value they derive from “cloud” solutions.
- Answer customer support enquiries, manage support cases and work with development and operations teams to improve the quality of customer services and products.
- Provide excellent support to internal and external customers.
- Managing the escalation process to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Gather feedback to promote NPS score.
- Internal IT.
- Evening support desk rota to cover US customers.
- Your goal is to turn customers into “fans” of the product.
Further roles as you become more experienced:
- Provide support and training to junior members of the team.
- Provide support to Consultants for Customer Implementation Projects as they enter the User Acceptance Testing phase.
- Documentation of new Product Releases.
- Admin and Configuration in Customer Databases as part of a service.
