Customer Support Adviser

This is an opportunity to join a fast growing company at a very exciting stage in their growth. They work within a range of sectors so there is always something new to learn. They are a close and casual team.

You'll be doing the following tasks:
- Managing the inflow of support requests, assigning tasks to the relevant people or addressing any tasks within scope.
- Answering phone calls, assisting customers with their queries or passing them over to the relevant staff member.
- Creating performance reports for clients using spreadsheets, documents and presentations.
- Updating and adding provided content to client's platform (audits, performance reviews)
- Other general admin tasks

You should apply if you:

- Are computer literate.
- Interested in the software industry.
- Enjoy working within a close team.

All training is provided and there is room for growth as the company grows. Previous experience is not essential, they are interested in the right personalty and attitude to join their team.

Flexible working hours (core hours are 10am-4pm), all training provided and room for professional development.

This job is located in the Liverpool Innovation Park. commutable from Widnes, St Helens, Wigan, Knowsley, Runcorn, Birkenhead.
