This company is a vibrant, fast moving, customer-centric organisation who creates e-commerce and CRM systems for Airports and Venues all over the world.

If you are a bright and ambitious individual who is fluent in English, German and/or French and would love to gain skills and experience in e-commerce or CRM system support, then this is the role for you.

You will have the opportunity to develop a career in product management supporting Airports and Venues with the use of their systems and the associated e-commerce, marketing and business intelligence activity. You will also be responsible for translating and bridging the language gap for their German and/or French clients.

Day to day you will be involved in testing, deploying, analysing, reporting on the company systems. Working with a support/ticket system and writing/translating documentation for new and existing clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the service they deliver is of the highest quality.

This company is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual that wants to expand their skills.

The following skills are required:
- The ability to communicate well (spoken and written) in English, German and/or French
- An excellent phone manner
- Methodical and organised
- Attention to detail, the ability to problem solve and escalate issues appropriately
- Use of Microsoft office to a moderate to high standard
- Self-motivated and willing to travel to client meetings in the UK and overseas
- Personable and happy to work as part of a team
- Positive can-do attitude and thrive in deadline-driven versatile roles

The following skills are not required but would be an advantage:
- Experience in software user experience testing and function testing – preparing reports to illustrate issues and anomalies.
- Experience of using various control panels of web applications such as e-commerce and payment portals
- Experience with Email Marketing
