This company is a vibrant, fast moving, customer-centric organisation who creates e-commerce and CRM systems for Airports and Venues all over the world. If you are a bright and ambitious individual who is fluent in either French or Portuguese and would love to gain skills and experience in e-commerce or CRM system support, then this is the role for you.

You will have the opportunity to develop a career in product management supporting Airports and Venues with the use of their systems and the associated e-commerce, marketing and business intelligence activity. You will also be responsible for translating and bridging the language gap for their French or Portuguese clients.

Day to day you will be involved in testing, deploying, analysing, reporting on company systems. Working with a support/ticket system and writing/translating documentation for new and existing clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the service they deliver is of the highest quality.

This company is looking for two diligent, ambitious and self-motivated individuals that wants to expand their skills have an eye for detail and thrive in deadline-driven versatile roles.

The following skills are required:
- The ability to communicate well (spoken and written) in English AND either French OR Portuguese (you do not need to know both)
- An excellent phone manner
- Methodical and organised
- Attention to detail, the ability to problem solve and escalate issues appropriately
- Ability to access system reports to identify anomalies and missing content
- Self-motivated and willing to travel to client meetings
- Personable and happy to work as part of a team
- Positive can-do attitude

The following skills are not required but would be an advantage
- Experience of using support/ticket systems for tracking system/software bugs etc.
- Experience in software user experience testing and function testing – preparing reports to illustrate issues and anomalies.
- Experience using various control panels
- The ability to communicate easily and fluently in Spanish or German
- Use of Excel, Access and/or other systems that manipulate and present data in a comprehensible format
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Email Marketing
