To assist in the smooth running of the office and despatch departments to help deliver high quality products and meet customer demands.

Responsibilities
- Enter orders on the business system and produce Production Advise package for production.
- Run through the finished goods in the business system and despatch via UPS or internal pick-up, this may involve some packing of goods returned from external company performing a secondary operation.
- Arrange for the secondary operation components to be sent to their external suppler, this will also involve maintaining spreadsheets to keep track of the movement of WIP.
- Notify the despatch team of what UK and Export parts need invoicing.
- Add purchase orders to Sage system for various raw materials.
- Maintain yarn stocks by running reports to show what yarns are below minimums.
- Answer phones and be the customer face of the Technical Knitting when customers visit.

Education / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- AS400 / I serious business system would be ideal but not essential
- Sage experience would be ideal but not essential
- Microsoft experience word, excel etc.
- Previous experience of admin and production environment.
