This is an opportunity to join an innovative and fast growing property technology business. Their data sharing and networking platform for the £multi-trillion commercial property sector enables real-time data sharing, enhanced market intelligence and improved workflow management for their clients. They are well funded, have a great team including Plc directors from Rightmove and Zoopla and ambitious growth plans in the UK and internationally. You will join a dynamic group working to disrupt the sector by delivering value to their customers in new and innovative ways.

About The Role:

They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to retain and develop their fast-growing list of clients. You will be key to their success as they scale the business, ensuring that they keep the customer at the centre of everything they do. You will combine marketing, product design, sales and customer support activities to ensure a fantastic customer experience.

This is not a passive/reactive ‘customer service’ role. It is a vital and proactive role at the heart of the business which will ensure that their considerable investment in sales and product is protected and leveraged.

A Normal Week:

- Client onboarding, ensuring that new customers are able and motivated to use the product fully
- Account management calls to users, to gain product feedback and assess training needs
- Telephone-based product training (using Skype screen share or similar)
- Handling inbound customer queries and tickets
- Occasional key account meetings and training sessions in different locations
- Developing the customer community through social media channels
- Producing case studies, designing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Real input in to product design, ensuring that customer views and requirements are reflected, working alongside our Chief Product Officer and UX/Design lead
- Sales lead generation for our team of BDMs (including up-selling and re-selling opportunities)
- Gathering and using data from every customer interaction to move the product and sales teams into more proactive stances

About You:

- A people person – you enjoy speaking with customers and building relationships
- Patient and empathetic – so that customers feel really listened to
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills – you will draft client comms and spend a lot of time on the phone
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - you will manage hundreds of clients and multiple data sets
- Experience in a customer relationship or sales role, preferably in the technology or commercial property sectors
