They are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Lead to maximise the effectiveness of the team and help propel our growth. You will onboard their new customers and support our current partners to make the most of the platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Customer Success Lead you will be the central point of contact for customers and they team and help them become more efficient as they grow. Additionally you will take responsibility for other projects that support the internal operations. Your role will be busy and varied:

- First point of contact for enquiries from our 1000+ partners, and prospective customers
- Take responsibility for onboarding new schools, ensuring that they are ready to maximise use.
- Contribute to developing the onboarding processes
- Central point of contact for schools and staff that need to be trained remotely
- Responsibility for improving existing training practices
- Ensure that their extensive library of Careers Guidance articles is kept up to date, adding new material when needed
- You have the freedom to develop new resources for partner schools in response to areas of need that you identify

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Extremely well organised
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work independently
- Able to learn new skills quickly
- Confident with MS Excel
- Adaptable and innovative
- Keen attention to detail
- Interest or experience in the education sector an advantage

KEY DETAILS:

- Hours: 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday
- 30 days paid holiday per year; these must be taken during school holidays
