This small family run company based in Staplehurst, Kent is looking for a CSO (Customer Services Operator) to add to the team to answer inbound calls, resolve queries , process orders and be involved of all areas of the business.
The ideal person will be organised, efficient and work well using their own initiative and also work as part of the larger team. The position is based in their Staplehurst office which is a rural location so requires your own transport. The hours of work are Mon - Fri, 9.00 to 17.30.
The remuneration will be £18k per year plus commission. They are looking to start someone in this position as soon as possible to enable on the job training.
Basic skills such as Outlook, Excel & Word are required.
