Europe's largest independent tyre retreader in looking to recruit a part-time Customer Care Centre Office
To meet the growing demand of their fleet managed customers, they are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident individual with a professional approach toward Customer Service to join their Customer Care Centre.
Duties include
- To provide administrative support for external sales and operations teams in all areas of out VMS Fleet Managed System.
- Answering Sales calls.
- Processing Customer Sales orders onto our internal computer systems.
- Providing Accurate customer reporting
- Handling and processing of customer job sheets
- Dealing with Service Provider queries
Full training will be given
You should have good keyboard skills, experience of Microsoft Office packages and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this role is £13741.00 pa
They are looking to recruit someone to work 25 hours per week.
