Person Profile:

You must have at least 2 years experience of working in an office customer service environment, dealing with customer emails and telephone calls. You will be have a bubbly, friendly and dynamic personality eager to please and progress.

You will have an excellent understanding of working with computers and working within a CRM system. You must have good attention to detail and ability to work within your own initiative or part of a small team.

You must be driven, self motivated and keen to succeed whilst learning new skills and able to adapt quickly whilst multitasking.

Position Purpose:

To assist the Customer Services Manager, and the Company, in ensuring that all administration tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently in order to meet the aims and objectives of the Company.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Ensure that all quotes are raised and provided to the customer in accordance with KPIs
- Ensure that all quote approvals are processed in accordance with KPIs
- Ensure weekly status reports are raised in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
- Ensure that all incoming customer queries are processed to meet the customer’s expectations.
- Assist with other administration tasks as required.
