They are currently seeking a Customer Services and Warehouse Assistant to work in their busy Customer Services Department.
Based in Stamford, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting in the implementation of their direct sales activities and provide cover and assist at peak times in the mail room and warehouse. Also, you will have the opportunity to travel and work at weekday and weekend events that we attend.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- A good communicator, able to deal with staff, the public, customers and suppliers.
- Good use of written and verbal English.
- A helpful disposition and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- The ability to react quickly in an ever-changing and demanding environment.
- Able to prioritise effectively.
- Good administration skills.
- Fully competent using Word, Excel, Email and the Internet.
- Numerate.
- A level of fitness which enables the worker to fulfil the physical demands of the role which includes the picking, packing, moving, loading and unloading of goods.
