This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to be the lead contact managing their internal house accounts with total annual sales in excess of £6,000,000.

The role is full time, working 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. The salary range is circa of £17,000 depending upon experience.

The company, based in Droitwich and is the market leader in inclusive living solutions for bathrooms and kitchens, providing an extensive range of innovative products and services.
They design and manufacture a full range of products in the bathrooms and kitchens markets and have two national distribution warehouses and offices with 100,00 sq feet space.

They have over 4,000 products therefore the product range is extensive and you will need to adapt and embrace new product ranges and processes. Training will be provided.

You will be proactive and take ownership of all matters specific to their internal house accounts.

You will:
- Manage all orders, ensuring the timely and successful delivery according to your customer’s needs;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Deliver all requirements to the highest service levels;
- Take an early intervention approach to potential issues and work directly with colleagues to ensure swift prevention of issues;
- Proactively assimilate all information and provide regular and consistent updates to all parties, proactively maintaining communication
- Identify opportunities to work smarter, more efficiently, and reducing costs, whilst maintaining the same, if not higher, service standards.

The key skills required include:

- Excellent telephone skills, as well as clear written and verbal communications skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
- Ability to externally reflect the expertise of AKW;
- Ability to work proactively, use own initiative and take ownership;
- Calm, professional yet confident manner.

You will need to demonstrate your effective customer service skills, be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
