This company is the leading specialist provider of Refractive Eye Surgery in the UK, and have been successfully changing the lives of thousands of people over the last 25 years by providing the very best products, service and customer experience.
They are currently looking for suitable candidates to join their existing team based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
A generous salary of £15,120 - £21,120 OTE per annum is offered.
The role includes managing inbound calls, assisting customers in booking their consultation and treatment appointments and providing advice and support.
The role also includes making outbound calls to customers who have enquired through the website as well as following up existing enquiries on the existing database.
The ideal candidate will

Experience in a medical or optical environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Full time hours are 40 per week, on a Monday to Sunday shift system. You may also be required to work the occasional bank holiday.
