Immediate Start - Customer Service Role - £15 - £16K per annum
Are you an upbeat, positive and level headed person who likes working in a very busy team? If so, then this could be for you!
This wholesaler of garden furniture is looking for someone to join their small friendly customer service team.
The role is very varied with several different daily tasks and projects plus routine emails and phone calls. You will be liaising regularly with their trade customers regarding new and existing orders, building trust and support with them going forward.
You will need to be a confident computer user, polite, accurate and efficient communication skills are essential, as is experience using email and web browsers.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Business Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
There will be a need to work 1 every 3 or 4 Saturdays 9am- 4pm during February to September.
Their offices are situated Arena Business Park, Holyrood Close, Poole, Dorset
