This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest and most well-known alternative clothing suppliers in the UK today. Created in 1997, their company has gone from strength-to-strength and now boasts a wide range of official band merchandise, festival accessories, alternative clothing and footwear across thirteen high street stores in the UK.

Coupled with this, their Internet presence has seen strong growth year-on-year and now boasts over three quarters of a million visits every month alone.

They currently operate on the following additional platforms: Amazon, eBay, PrestaShop and JSHOP.

Responsibilities (Overview):

- Customer Services (Email & Phone)
- Order Fulfilment
- Returns Processing
- Review Platform Administration
- Amazon/eBay Account Maintenance
- Website Content Writing,
- Day to Day Administrative Duties.

They are looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service,
- Is confident in speaking to and dealing with customers,
- Has an excellent telephone manner as well as written communication skills,
- Has a firm grasp of the English language and is able to type and process at speed, and
- Is computer literate and competent on Word & Excel.

The role will include elements of:

- Answering inbound customer queries,
- Resolving queries over the phone and by email,
- Light warehousing duties, such as order fulfilment, product location and dispatch,
- Taking orders over the phone and on the website from their customers,
- Maintaining the organisations fantastic customer service standards,
- Attending to their Amazon and eBay Accounts,
- Making small changes to their creative product descriptions for their online products, and
- Responding and maintaining their Customer Review Platforms (TrustPilot, GoogleShops)

Working Times:
Days: Monday – Friday.
Hours: 08:30 – 16:30.

Notes:
- The company will provide all of the training for the above for any successful applicant.
- This is a full-time, office-based role, however we will also consider applicants who wish for part-time working hours.
