Their Customer Services Team is looking to recruit a friendly and efficient Customer Services Administrator.
The prime purpose of this role is to ensure sales orders are processed accurately and on time to achieve customers’ contracted delivery schedules and to ensure a ‘‘world class’’ service is provided.

Duties include:
- To provide excellent customer care and service criteria.
- To discuss with customers their requirements concerning non-standard or unusual requests and to liaise with internal contacts as appropriate and to advise the Customer Services Supervisor/ Manager as appropriate.
- To ensure on-going communication is maintained with customers regarding order progression.
- To establish and maintain effective links with other operational areas (e.g. Logistics) to ensure that customer’s service requirements are notified, ensuring that action is taken.
- To ensure regular support contact with designated accounts.
- To refer back to the relevant Account Manager any problems with orders that may affect the whole account e.g. pricing or account set-up details.
- To calculate and raise the necessary credit notes for customers, including monthly and annual rebates and machinery support credits.
- Communicate effectively to team members all relevant matters.
- Maintain the customer care function within Deplis system.
- Weekly reporting on outstanding issues.
- Liaise with Credit control to complete outstanding issues.
- Pricing error calculations.
- Complete pricing audits
- To maintain a professional approach at all times and to comply with department standards of dress, office tidiness, timekeeping and attendance.

The successful candidate will be:
- Educated to a good standard in English and Maths
- Experienced in a busy customer facing role
- A team player, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- A natural planner and organiser
- IT literate to a good standard, including MS Office
- An excellent communicator, able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with them.

Standard Hours are 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08.30 – 17.00 and Fridays 08.30 – 16.00 with half an hour unpaid for lunch.
