Using your excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities you will be responsible for:
- Managing customer issues
- On-boarding customers
- Listening to customer feedback and providing input to the product roadmap.
Naturally you will be:
- IT literate
- Able to train clients
- Well-organised.
It would be desirable if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Customer management / technical support experience
- Knowledge of issue tracking software
- Knowledge of PHP (Laravel) would be a real plus
